SUSTAIN!™ – Guiding Performance Improvement and Implementation in Industry
The Institute for Performance Improvement invites workforce development, human capital management and project management professionals who are committed to helping their organizations achieve systemic, sustainable performance improvement to participate in the SUSTAIN!™ Learning Experience.
SUSTAIN!™ uses performance-based learning to help participants apply the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator™ standards and Human Performance Improvement strategies to improving their organizations’ performance. Participants work with peers to use and develop proven, practical tools and processes to apply on the job to facilitate collaborative and sustainable improvement and implementation.
The SUSTAIN!™ four-day learning experience is offered quarterly in the Atlanta, GA area for $2500 per person, and can be provided onsite for minimum class sizes of 10 participants. For more information or to arrange on-site sessions contact Deb Page at Deb@TIfPI.org or at 678-428-2363.
Participants receive a digital badge, a verifiable micro-credential to share with current and prospective employers that reflects their learning and its use on-the-job.
THRIVE!™ – Guiding Collaborative Implementation Between Industry and Education
The Institute for Performance Improvement invites workforce development professionals to join with their peers in P-21 education to apply the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator™ standards and Human Performance Improvement strategies to the collaborative efforts required to ensure students exit their respective education programs with the skills needed to succeed in employers’ workforces.
The Institute provides digital tools and supports mastery of facilitation of collaborative work that is needed to make industry and education partnerships successful. Participants practice and acquire strategies that they can apply to guide performance improvement within their respective organizations, as well as in industry and education partnerships.
