LAUNCH!™ is a hands-on, performance-based development approach supporting practitioners in facilitating the school improvement planning and implementation process so that “the doing gets done” and the targeted results are collaboratively achieved.
If you are school improvement facilitator who is assigned as external support, this learning experience can help you effectively transition to your new role or sharpen your improvement facilitation skills.
School Improvement Facilitators can also verify their expertise through the national Certified School Improvement Specialist™ certification.
All Sectors
The Performance Improvement Facilitator Learning and Performance Journey is an intensive, performance-based development approach supporting facilitators of collaborative performance improvement and innovation. This series helps participants to provide effective facilitation working across groups and organizations.
For example, individuals who are tasked with leading Sector Partnerships use their training and tools to help employers, work-force development authorities, trade unions, professional associations, K-12 education, post-secondary institutions, non-profits and community organizations collaborate to improve workforce pipelines’ quality and depth.
Others, such as project managers, use their training and tools to improve their ability to work across teams and divisions to support collaborative work and improve performance results.
Human Capital Management and Human Performance Improvement practitioners, apply their training and tools to their day-to-day practice to ensure that the organizations they serve achieve systemic, sustain performance improvement.
