Global Certification of Performance Improvement Facilitators

The Institute for Performance Improvement is now training practitioners to use proven practices and tools to guide collaborative performance improvement. The International Society for Performance Improvement has well defined “what” the Human Performance Improvement principles and systematic process is for sustainable performance improvement. Human Performance Technology professionals, Certified Performance Technologists, and those new to the field, now have a comprehensive development program that builds their proficiency in Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator™ performance standards that define “how” these practitioners guide groups and organizations in collaborative improvement efforts.

Participants in the Institute Performance Improvement Facilitator Learning & Performance Journey™ apply their learning to a complex, collaborative improvement project of their choosing. As they apply their learning on the job, they receive expert coaching and peer support. The Institute and the International Society for Performance Improvement jointly award the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator™ globally-verifiable digital badge for successful course and project completion.

The CPIF™ designation also demonstrates high-value skills employers say are in demand and short supply as the “future of work” is increasingly requiring complex communication, collaboration, the ability to work across diverse contexts, critical thinking, and many of the other high-demand competencies certified by the CPIF™ award.
