Participants in the Institute Performance Improvement Facilitator Learning & Performance Journey™ apply their learning to a complex, collaborative improvement project of their choosing. As they apply their learning on the job, they receive expert coaching and peer support. The Institute and the International Society for Performance Improvement jointly award the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator™ globally-verifiable digital badge for successful course and project completion.
