Our unique, virtual LAUNCH!™ Learning & Performance Journey is a research-based approach that helps participant avoid the pitfalls in the continuous school improvement process, reduce frustration, save time, and solve their most complex local challenges. The Journey is aligned to the ten, validated Certified School Improvement Specialist™ (CSIS™) performance standards. Our participants each bring a complex school improvement challenge and are supported by a dedicated team of certified trainers and coaches, and a peer-to-peer learning and coaching platform. The experience is frequently rated as the best professional learning experience in participants’ careers, as immediately useful and practical. They develop as a network of peers that support each other long-term.

As Florida educators face historic challenges, the LAUNCH!™ Learning & Performance Journey provides proven tools, best practices and processes for guiding systemic, collaborative change and improvement. Florida schools and districts must work to analyze their needs, select and plan solutions using the historic infusion of federal funds (the Education Stabilization Fund through the Coronavirus Aid Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund). Participants apply their learning and tools to guiding this high-priority continuous improvement work and supporting implementation of evidence-based practices.
