Be an Agent of Positive Change!North Carolina School Improvement Specialist Development Helps Schools Address Their Complex Issues
The Institute for Performance Improvement knows that North Carolina schools deserve the most effective school improvement support and leadership. The Institute for Performance Improvement trains professionals to become effective facilitators of continuous school improvement in North Carolina schools and school districts, with emphasis on collaborative approaches to solving today’s complex, systemic challenges.
Our programs don’t simply rely on texts and other old-fashioned instructional techniques. Instead, our virtual LAUNCH!™ Learning & Performance Journey supports participants to bring their current education challenges issues – their work– and apply new, varied strategies, and proven best practices and tools to guide collaborative improvement. The Institute for Performance Improvement knows that effective school improvement is about engaging and supporting those who work in schools to find, plan and implement those solutions with fidelity.
Support for the Right Solutions
As North Carolina faces historical challenges in education, schools and school districts will work to be good stewards of huge infusions of federal funding through the Education Stabilization Fund through the Coronavirus Aid Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund). The Institute for Performance Improvement trains and certifies facilitators to become capable guides for schools, ensuring these funds support the sustainable, solutions to complex challenges.
