The Institute invites committed K-12 leaders and their partnering leaders to embark on a dynamic Virtual Learning and Performance Journey from March to December 2025. This immersive experience is designed to empower educators, students, and communities to thrive and prosper by facilitating and fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainable implementation.
ElevatED! is a transformative experience where you’ll:
Learn and Co-Create: Work together on real challenges and opportunities using proven processes and tools. Collaborate with Purpose: Engage with peers in an active Community of Practice to share expertise, define, and refine best practices that bring about collaborative improvement and innovation. Lead with Impact: Strengthen your ability to lead transformative efforts that benefit educators, students, and communities.
Who Should Join?
K-12 Leaders: District leaders, principals, school improvement professionals, and guiding coalitions. Community Stakeholders: Invite your community partners to learn, collaborate, and co-create solutions together. Their participation also will benefit their organizations and careers.
What Can You Receive?
Development, performance support, and proven tools, practices, and processes to apply immediately . Earn the K-12 Certified School Improvement Specialist credential to showcase leadership in educational transformation. Earn the Certified Performance Improvement Facilitator credential, recognizing expertise in collaborative improvement for professionals in other sectors.
